With a 30-minute warm-up routine\, we create a deep connection to our bodies and prepare them to engage with the energetic polarities we call into the space. After we have generated heat\, we empty ourselves through a No-Form meditation. Out of this emptiness we call upon different polarities\, that we locate in our body and then project onto the workspace. We then enter the charged spaces allowing our bodies to follow impulses and somatically revealing our unconscious relations to the different polarities that we evoke in the space. We will explore 2 polarities\, then take a break in silence\, warm up again\, and explore 2 more polarities. But we can move through it quicker\, when we have a community to witness us in our pain\, to share the burden of grief and to give us the space to feel all that we need to feel while having someone to hold us if we fear we will fall apart.  \n\n\n\nFrom the deep core of our hearts we will offer space for grief and intimacy with death.  \n\n\n\nIn this grieving circle\, each of us will get to share the heaviness of their sorrow and be seen and held in it\, to compost and transmute this pain.  \n\n\n\nThe Death Meditation will be offered to bring into awareness the process of dying – of meeting death before we die – to help us cope with our own mortality.  \n\n\n\nYou can participate in both parts or just the circle of grief. The 8 Circuit Brain Model works as a map to better understand this and I believe it has vast usefulness for any psychonaut.  \n\n\n\nThis offering I make for psychonauts with an inclination towards magick and ritual\, who wish to access a map of consciousness that allows a balanced approach at exploring self and altered states.  \n\n\n\nThis full day workshop will introduce you to the 8 Circuit Brain Model of Timothy Leary and Robert Anton Wilson in a playful\, embodied and ritual approach leaning on the practices proposed by Antero Alli to claim this map as your own.  \n\n\n\nWe will start from a brief but comprehensive introduction to this model at the beginning of the day\, followed up by a series of exercises and experiments\, on a journey through all 8 circuits exploring their vertical connections.  \n\n\n\nIn a playful manner\, we will engage in group practices\, rituals\, meditations and 1:1 exchanges for each of the circuits.  \n\n\n\nAbout The 8 Circuit Brain Model \n\n\n\nThis model is another map for self-assessment and different levels of personal and transpersonal consciousness that works without the determinism of place and time of birth unlike maps like astrology or human design.  \n\n\n\nIt maps psychological and spiritual development in a paradigm neutral lingo applying tenants from developmental psychology\, evolutionary neurobiology\, general semantics and maybe logic.
