SUMMARY:Ritual Playground: Explorations in Embodied Consciousness Mapping
DESCRIPTION:Ahoy fellow psychonauts and curious cats! \n\n\n\nAre you ready for a deep dive into the unchartered territory of your mind?  \n\n\n\nIn the Ritual Playground workshop\, we’ll take you on a playful and explorative adventure as we map out the 8 Circuits of Consciousness and explore the realms of the subconscious using the technology of ritual. \n\n\n\nThe 8 Circuits of Consciousness Model was created by Dr. Timothy Leary amidst the counterculture movement of the 70s. Despite Leary’s theory being dismissed by serious academia during the conservative backlash in the Nixon era\, it has survived on the fringes amongst occultists and free-thinking rebels. \n\n\n\nIt maps the human nervous system and functions as a developmental model\, showing pathways for personal and transpersonal growth and evolution. \n\n\n\nI believe it still holds tremendous value for the meta-modern psychonaut\, aware that the map is not the territory and that developmental models are fun to play with but do not hold the absolute truth.Antero Alli has spent the last 40 years researching consciousness through the lens of this model with an embodied ritual technique he calls ParaTheater\, which allows access to the subconscious through bodywork and intuitive body expression. I will introduce you to the ParaTheater Ritual technique of Antero Alli and the playful yet powerful approach to creating your own style of rituals in the meta-paradigm of Chaos Magick \n\n\n\nChaos Magick\n\n\n\nTo me\, this is a non-dogmatic meta-paradigm of consciousness exploration\, a form of psychonautics.  \n\n\n\nThe creative and unconventional practice aims at accelerating spiritual evolution and personal development by deconditioning and hacking your nervous system using your will\, intention\, energy\, and imagination as well as rituals and symbols as tools to alter your experience of reality and increase your possibilities.  \n\n\n\nSome principles shared by most chaos magicians include shifting paradigms and using belief as a tool\, accessing altered states with different techniques to anchor information in your subconscious\, and an emphasis on direct experience\, making you your own spiritual authority.Do not believe what is written\, experiment for yourself!  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe flow you can expect\n\n\n\nAt the beginning of this workshop\, I will introduce you to this map and how I find it useful as a model for the practice of Chaos Magick. DESCRIPTION:A 10 week’s Journey of embodied consciousness mapping. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFor 10 weeks we will dive deep into the exploration of our own Nervous System and research ways to use our bodies and ritual to access our subconscious and create brain change to alter our perception and relation to reality. You can join this journey at different levels. I know the marketing gurus say\, you should not confuse humans with too many options\, but since this is a Discordian project I embrace Confusion as part of the process. Also\, I value the Intelligence of my audience and your autonomy of choice. So choose wisely!As a Monk you take on the explorations mostly on your own in the comfort of your own “monastic cell”. You can share your findings and connect with others through the Discord server and the Q&A calls. As a Master you get to geek out with others at our weekly Monastic Master Mind call and engage in some group exercises do deepen and integrate the results of your research.  \n\n\n\nAs a Ritual Researcher\, you get to join a group in Berlin to explore our Nervous System and subconscious programming together. We will be researching and experimenting with Antero Alli’s ParaTheater approach and creating Rituals Chaos Magick style.
