The Storyweaving
Adventure calls out from chaos.
For some it excites. For some it threatens. For others, it remains unheeded. The call beckons you to journey through the eight seas of consciousness, a journey through the convergence of chaos and intention.
This journey of radical self transformation will not just inspire, it will reveal the treasures within to make us sovereign and bring us closer to ourselves. We do not fight chaos. We surf it learning how to stay afloat and steer our own crafts towards empowerment and wholeness:
We sail upon Pope Bob’s Kindness, A magical ship born from a vortex of alchemy and ancient waters. We seek treasure. Not gold or silver. We seek the wealthier treasures of knowledge of ourselves, personal sovereignty, and camaraderie. Treasures we seek. Treasures we find.
ORMEC FAll 26: A 12-week journey lasting from Autumn Equinox to Winter Solstice. We traverse and explore the 8 territories representing the 8-Circuit model of consciousness proposed and developed by Timothy Leary and further developed by Robert Anton Wilson, Antero Alli, and others.
We sail these seas guided by our crew, our intentions, our commitments, the 8 colors of magick, and the 8 maps of Captain Mavis. We sail through the territories to explore the territories, visiting locations that heal, haunt, and empower. We discover parts of us that are not on the maps.
The Crew of Pope Bob’s Kindness remain ready to serve. Captain Lark, Quarter Master Sirius Lanka, with help along the first leg of the journey from Allaistar Atlantis, Fox Chao, and other magical pirates.

The Captain

Michael LaBo AKA Captain Lark has always been a seeker. At times, religious and devout. At times anarchic and blasphemous, but always seeking. In the 8-Circuit model of consciousness, Mike found a practical tool of personal deconstruction and creation.
The addition of the practice of chaos magic provided a tool of empowerment to make changes within and without. Mike is a musician, writer, former social worker, father, and coach.
He has deep experience with multiple forms of therapy and healing ranging from traditional talk therapy to somatic work and homeopathy. Mike has found his magic in the edges where he dwells and seeks to push them out.
His passion is to use his skills in the service of others with authenticity and hard-won wisdom.
He lives in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan spending time in nature, making music, advocating for those who need it, and shoveling snow.
Captain Lark has sailed with Captain Mavis twice on the Pippilotta and servers as her Quartermaster in the last Journey.

The Course chartered
The Pope Bob’s Kindess will be sailing in tandem with the Pippilotta, the Flagship of the TACOS fleet, through all Eight Octomantic Seas.
During the first part of the Voyage, we explore the territories of our personal psychology and the survival strategies our Central Nervous System has developed throughout life to create the Order of our standard operations.
We begin close to shore, with the needs that keep the human vessel functioning: safety and bio-survival, emotional sovereignty, mental sanity and sensemaking, belonging, relationship and purpose.
We will look at how our systems learned to meet these needs, where those strategies still serve us, and where old patterns might now be creating the very storms we keep sailing into.
Across these waters we experiment with Bio-Survivaland Red Magick, Emotional Sovereignty and Yellow Magick, Map-and Sensemaking and Orange Magick, and Social Navigation and Green Magick, seeking increased physical, emotional, symbolic and social intelligence along the way.
Here be Gremlins, old maps, territorial disputes, inherited scripts and the occasional dungeon we somehow keep falling into.
By the time we leave these waters, we aim to have built beneath us a sturdier deck and dropped stronger anchors beneath us before sailing toward the stranger currents of altered states and transpersonal experience.
But before we head into these odd waters, we take some time by calmer shores for integration.
From there, we cross into the side of Disorder.
The second part of the Passage takes us through Somatic Hedonism and Blue Magick, Neuro-Hacking and Purple Magick, Network Intelligence and Octarine Magick, and finally the Black waters of Dreamland, Impermanence and Radical Transformation.
Here we play with ritual technology, altered states and experiences of Ecstasy, Uncertainty, Unity and Impermanence, exploring how intentional shocks can loosen old configurations and open windows for something new to emerge.
We use these moments of increased flexibility to experiment with recalibrating the programming of our nervous systems toward new levels of functional balance in the Chaos.
This part of the journey may get stormy.
There will be Quests.
There will be rituals.
There will be experiments that make considerably more sense after doing them than before.
And there will probably be a few detours into waters that were not on the chart.
Possible side effects include sparks of playfulness, irreverence and zest for life, increased charisma, strange new maps, unexpected friendships and a steadily decreasing ability to take yourself quite as seriously as before.
