The Anchor
Lead with Clarity
When the World is Burning
The Captains Dojo:
An 8-Week Voyage for the Architects of the New.
The old maps are failing.
The fog is thick.
For the leaders who refuse to navigate by the crumbling compass of the past, we offer a different code.
It may at first glance look like a training program.
It is more.
We present a high-signal sanctuary
for a curated crew of 5 – 8 captains ready to forge new ways to lead amidst the chaos.
We use myth, neuro-logic, and intention
to rewrite the story of your leader-ship.
We transform your current challenges into the fuel for your evolution.
May 23 – July 18, 2026
For those building towards the regenerative dawn.
For those who know that true leadership
is not about control, but about navigation.
Small crew. High signal. CATS.
Take the Helm.

The Story
Reality is a story we tell ourselves.
Join us in editing the script
We are pirates of consciousness,
rewriting the code of the old world.
We move through shifting waters
with capacity, audacity, tenacity, steadfastness…
and the freedom of play.

The Weather
A storm is brewing.
Waves of change rise as old structures crack.
We are moving through overlapping crises:
pressure, confusion, infobesity, foggy horizons.
New tools reshape how we see.
The pace accelerates.
The ground shifts.
These are no longer familiar waters.
We are navigating a technological turning point,
a shift in how we build, survive, and thrive.
Between control and emergence.
Between tightening systems
and a more regenerative course ahead.
And in the midst of the storm…
Projects strain.
Crews fracture.
Leaders burn out.
Not from lack of skill.
Not from lack of knowledge.
But from a lack of orientation.
What’s missing is simple, yet not easy:
A way to read the storm. A story that holds direction.
A body with the capacity to stay steady under pressure.
In this weather, captaincy requires more than the ability to
execute command. You need to expand your capacity to hold the Chaos without breaking.
Take the helm. Lead your crew. Navigate chaos

The Challenge
Without clear navigation,
you are no longer steering.
The tide steers you.
As noise rises,
reaction masquerades as direction.
Crews drift. Vision fragments.
Pressure pulls leaders into overwhelm or isolation.
What you do not perceive still shapes the outcome.
At some point, it becomes clearer.
The storm is not a phase to wait out.
This is the terrain for now.
Leadership is no longer about control.
Captaincy requires the audacity to proceed without certainty,
to steer with clarity when the fog gets thick,
and boldly trust your own compass when the stars get obscured.

The Treasure
You leave with a living map,
not a fixed formula.
You gain navigational tools
to read the currents and steer your presence.
You balance shocks and anchors,
staying flexible without losing your spine.
You build the capacity to hold course,
even when the deck is pitching.
You curate coherence and alignment
in your crew without forcing the oars.
You grow to lead without overholding,
trusting your crew and the system you are building.
Along the way, something shifts.
You stop treating every challenge as a threat.
You start seeing patterns instead of problems.
And, at times, you find yourself laughing
in the middle of the storm.
Not because things are easy…
but because you are no longer trying to control the uncontrollable.
You arrive as a leader.
You leave as a captain.

The Vessel
The Captain’s Dojo is a live forge
aboard the mythopoetic pirate ship, The Pippilotta.
Bring your unresolved battles,
your bleeding edges,
and the thresholds tearing you apart.
We leave theory for the times at the docks.
Here we train how to see beneath the surface
and respond with intention, not impulse.
In the Dojo we train the C.A.T.S. Code,
for storm-ready Captains.
C – Capacity to hold the storm without cracking,
unlocking spaciousness for play.
A – Audacity to proceed without certainty
and steer with the boldness
T– Tenacity to hold the script when the waves crash
S – Steadfastness to grow the culture of your crew
that survives the crossing of thresholds.
Come on board and join our crew!

At the Helm
This Dojo is held by two wayfinders
walking the threshold between vision and reality.
The Captain
In this story, I am known as Captain Mavis.
For 5 years, I have guided souls through the deep transformation of identity shifts and emotional complexity…
through the thresholds where old maps dissolve. I designed a navigational system for the elusive territories of mind.
I work as an agent of change at the intersection of nervous system awareness, mythopoetic frameworks, and psycho-magical practice.
For 23 years, I have lead crews across the fields of education, politics, activism, entrepreneurship, and personal transformation.
The Quartermaster
At my side, the Quartermaster, nemo.
Two decades of crew stewardship in the performing arts have forged a steady presence and a rare quality of care on deck. Refined by coaching and psychological first aid, nemo tracks what is alive in the crew.
He explores relational coherence with patient, grounded attention. He allows every sailor to evolve at their own pace. No push. No management. Just presence.
The Axis:
In our work together, we hold a simple but demanding line: Stay with what is emerging without forcing it. Meet the emotional field without getting lost in it.
We are stepping onto this edge ourselves, adapting how we lead and build as we navigate our own MythOS journey.
Top down leadership belongs in the past.
We wish to cultivate guidance from deck level…
And we bring experience shaped by the storm. It is the ability to hold the course when the ground shifts. It is a shared commitment to build a vessel that can hold what needs to emerge.
We lead as primus inter pares:
First amongst equals.

The Crew
We are assembling a curated crew of 5-8 Captains to join a high-potency container for the wild ones.
You belong here if:
- You are already building something: a project, a path, a space, a bridge, a movement toward the regenerative dawn, and you feel its pull even when the terrain offers no confirmation.
- You are willing to build capacity to stand in uncertainty, in the fog, and still orient toward what comes next.
- You know that what you are creating affects others beyond yourself.
- You have a taste for the magick. You see the strings, you see the game, and you are ready to pull them, you are willing to play.
This is not for you if:
- You are looking for someone to define you.
- You are waiting to be convinced.
- You seek status, control, or an escape from responsibility.
- You want a map that guarantees safe passage. (There are none.)
You already have the vision.
What you are training here is
how to hold it without urgency or collapse.
How to lead from embodiment,
not overthinking.
How to create spaces where others
can unfold their own intelligence.
How to be steadfast when
the hull groans and the waves crash.
Come as you are.
Come ready.
Join the crew!
The Pippilotta is waiting.
The Course
Four Axes of Navigation.
Eight Circuits of Consciousness.
We transmit a theory, though not in a vacuum.
We navigate the living map of the 8 Circuits, broken into four distinct axes. Each axis is a two-week voyage of transmission, experimentation, and real-time application in your own ship.
Every axis trains two things at once:
- The Captain: How you show up at the helm.
- The Field: The reality you create for your crew.
You cannot separate the sailor from the vessel.
As you shift, the field shifts.
Your body is the compass, not a vessel to be managed.
AXIS I — EMBODIMENT (From Contraction to Capacity)
The Captain
- Read the signals: Treat your body as the earliest radar for danger and opportunity.
- Hold the anchor: Regulate under pressure so you can be the steady ground for your crew.
- Stand in the fire: Stay present when intensity rises, without flinching.
- Expand the hull: Grow your capacity for audacity, tenacity, and deep safety.
- Access the flow: Unlock grounded aliveness, play, and the kinetic joy of being here.
The Field
- Safety breeds creativity: When the Captain is grounded, the crew dares to create.
- Eustress over distress: Bodies are supported to stay on the edge of challenge, not collapse.
- Unsuppressed aliveness: Energy moves freely; nothing is held back in fear.
- Play as protocol: Experimentation becomes the standard operating procedure.
- Resources follow flow: Where creativity moves, resources naturally gather.
You alchemize emotions into data streams and energy in motion.
AXIS II — ENERGETICS (From Control to Audacity)
The Captain
- Hack the current: Alchemize emotional undercurrents into sovereign power, not reactive noise.
- Patch the leaks: Stop bleeding energy into control, overholding, or the need to fix the crew.
- Monitor the grid: Watch power dynamics and energy flows with the precision of a neuro-hacker.
- Direct the signal: Work consciously with motivation, attention, and intention as your primary code.
- Tune the receiver: Listen to the field with intuition and discernment, bypassing the mental noise.
The Field
- Safe transmission: Emotions can be expressed without crashing the system.
- Usable charge: Tension becomes usable energy, not a disruptive load.
- Individual voltage: Crew members take responsibility for their own energy output.
- Resilient network: The crew holds uncertainty without fragmenting the network.
- Flow follows focus: Energy naturally moves where attention is directed.
Reality is a story we tell ourselves. Join us in editing the script
AXIS III — MYTHOPOESIS (From Fog to Tenacity)
The Captain
- Spot the bias: Detect the cognitive glitches and old maps that distort the view.
- Forge the narrative: Shape stories that hold firm when the storm hits, turning chaos into coherence.
- Filter the static: Separate the signal (truth) from the noise (fear, gossip, distraction).
- Wield the symbols: Use archetypes, myths, and symbols as tools to anchor the crew’s direction.
- Orient without words: Guide the ship through resonance and meaning, instead of over-explanation.
The Field
- A shared tongue: A common language and narrative emerge, binding the crew together.
- Alignment of soul: We align on meaning, not just tasks or KPIs.
- Anchored intent: Shared symbols lock in our direction, even when the fog rolls in.
- Known roles: Every sailor knows their part in the epic, reducing friction and confusion.
- Living archetypes: The crew embodies the story, empowering each other to play their roles with fire.
The crew is more than a team. It is a living organism that must survive the rupture through thresholds.
AXIS IV — LIMINAL COMMUNITY (From Fragmentation to Steadfastness)
The Captain
- Hold the space: Contain the relational complexity without collapsing or fleeing.
- Tune the compass: Navigate by deep values, not just social norms or convenience.
- Walk the threshold: Guide the crew through the rupture, the death of the old, and the birth of the new.
- Lead from the heart: Steer with sensitivity and care, give space to vulnerability.
- Show up unmasked: Be the first to drop the armor, proving it is safe to be human.
The Field
- Radical trust: Belonging emerges when the masks fall and the honesty remains.
- Conflict as fuel: Space is made for friction, repair, and the alchemy of growth.
- Culture that survives: A bond forged in the fire that withstands the storms of change.
- Humans, not functions: Crew members show up as whole beings, not just roles to be filled.
- A container for grief: The ship holds the weight of loss, allowing the crew to mourn and move on.
The Core Capacity
Across all axes, you train one thing: To hold the direction while staying in radical relationship with what is actually happening. To steer the ship while the hull groans and the waves crash.
